Essential Pregnancy Stretches

Here are a handful of prenatal stretches/ mobility/ alignment tips to help expecting mama's feel good and keep those pelvis's balanced during pregnancy! My colleague and good friend Dr. Gillian ( compiled our favourites and took these pictures this past summer when were both 31 weeks with baby number 2!

All of these stretches should feel good and should not cause any pain or discomfort at all. If you experience that please consult with your health care practitioner. And as with any exercise or movement they may not be appropriate for everyone.
