Chocolate Milkshake Smoothie
- 1 banana (frozen or fresh)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 cup crushed iced
- 2 scoops or 1 serving of collagen peptides
- 4 tbsp. raw cacao powder
- 2 dates (pitted)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. maca (optional)
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth!
- Top with fresh fruit, cacao nibs, bee pollen, shredded coconut or any topping of choice (optional).
