Dairy Free Fudgsicles

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup of dairy free milk or liquid (almond milk, coconut, coconut water or I have even used water when out of all of the above)
  • 3-4 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp raw honey (totally optional - taste as you go)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt


  1. Scoop out the avocados, and add avocado, bananas, almond milk (or other liquid), cacao powder, honey and vanilla exract to the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
  3. Place in freezer until frozen (usually minimum of 4 hours or overnight).
  4. To remove from molds let sit at room tempurature for a few minutes or run under cold water until they slide out easily.
