Coconut Matcha Latte
Matcha Green Tea Latte
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1-2 tsp matcha powder (I prefer 2 for a slightly stronger taste)
- 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- Optional: 1 scoop of honey if you like a bit of sweetness but I prefer it without
- Optional: 1/2 tsp maca powder ( I like to add this when I have it on hand but it's not needed)
- Bring water to a boil and add to matcha powder.
- Whisk to blend.
- Now add all ingredients to a blender and blend until full mixed.
